Friends of the Līhuʻe Public Library Book Sale
Once a year, the Friends of the Līhuʻe Public Library hosts its Used Book Sale (usually in May). Featuring thousands of gently-used books, DVDs, Blu-Ray discs, and CDs, the Used Book Sale is well-attended by residents and visitors and is a popular event to socialize and “talk story” with friends and neighbors you haven’t seen in a while. The Used Book Sale allows The Friends to support the branch’s programs by purchasing supplies, rewards for the Summer Reading Program, and the furniture that library patrons use every day.
