The Friends of the Līhuʻe Public Library is a 501(c)(3) organization composed of a volunteer board of directors and ex-officio library staff. We are not involved in the day-to-day operations of the library, but act in a supporting role.
Our Mission
To promote love for books and reading, community knowledge and support of the work of the library, enhancement of the library’s efficiency and effectiveness, and the widest possible community utilization of the library’s facilities and services.
